Jonathan Glover

  • Co-Founder (Operations)

    With a background in Digital Transformation and Management Consulting, Ross has worked across several industries, launching start-ups, building consulting practices and leading large scale delivery programmes across multinationals.

    Moving into Modular Construction in 2021 with Appi as a Business Consultant to refocus the business on the critical path. Ross assumed the role of MD in early 2022 to support their go-to-market aspirations before leaving to set up Domus Homes.

  • Co-Founder (Construction)

    An experienced Construction Director with 14 years of industry expertise, Jon founded Glover Homes in 2018, driven by a passion for innovation. With a track record as a Project Manager and Construction Director for leading Midlands developers, Jon has earned prestigious awards for his commitment to excellence. Jon is also a Director at Premier Snag, the third-largest snagging business in the UK.

    Jon co-founded Domus Homes to deliver on his aspirations of delivering precision engineered sustainable homes in the UK.

  • Co-Founder (Design)

    With over 12 years experience in the industry, Chris is an Architect who is passionate about cutting edge design. Having worked for various Architectural firms up and down the country, Chris now runs his own practice specialising in residential housing.

    Driven by his first hand experiences of delivering small and large housing scheme, Chris joined Domus Homes with a desire to form a more sustainable vision for UK housing.
